Users of the eCollision application are advised to call their agency helpdesk or their designated agency contacts as a first point of contact for all eCollision issues. If the issue is not resolved by your agency helpdesk or contacts please contact Sandy Neddow (780) 427-6974, Elaine Laraque (780) 427-6581, or Charlotte Bliemel (780) 427-6589 during regular office hours Monday to Friday for assistance. If necessary, we will raise a trouble ticket with the application maintenance team for further investigation. Outside of regular business hours, your agency helpdesk or one of your enforcement agencies designated contacts can call the following number, 780-231-1353 for assistance. Please note however this number should only be called if the eCollision application is non-responsive, generating errors or not generating collision reports for distribution. Password resets and How-To questions are out of scope for the team that carries this phone. Only calls from enforcement agency contacts or enforcement agency helpdesks will be accepted at this number. Please note that when a call is made to the non-prime support number, the caller will be required to identify themselves as one of the approved contacts for your agency. Should anyone else call, the individuals carrying the non-prime support phone have been instructed to direct the officer to their designated contacts.
